mode question

    I have a question about the mode. When I run a scan the screen always
    says Ol's imaginary receiver mode: "CW" no matter what band I am running
    ... fm, am ,or cw. Is this normal or am I inputting the parameters
    wrong? I am using the AR-3000A communications receiver.
